Charlotte Phaneuf, MSN, APRN, NP-C

Charlotte is a Family Nurse Practitioner, certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She has received specialized training at the Esthetic Skin Institute and Institute for Functional Medicine.

Charlotte enjoys helping clients look and feel their best, and views aesthetics as a way to combine art with medical care. She aims to promote skin health and rejuvenation with interventions that result in a more youthful, natural appearance.

As a Family Nurse Practitioner with a background in women’s health and primary care, Charlotte has a passion for health promotion, disease prevention, and treatment of the underlying causes of health problems. She takes an individualized, integrative, holistic approach to healthcare by utilizing the tools of Functional Medicine and education to help clients reach their goals for health and wellness.
